Refund Policy
We offer a 45-day return policy, allowing you 45 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If 45 days have passed, unfortunately, we can no longer offer a refund or exchange. Please be sure to contact us by email at support@oryhntech.com within this timeframe.
Price Difference Refunds
For orders that were not discounted, we can only issue a refund for price differences within 24 hours of purchase, due to changes in promotions.
Order Cancellation
We can cancel your order if you contact us within 12 hours of placing the order:

If your payment has been processed and the parcel hasn't shipped, we will charge a $15 order processing fee. This covers manual handling and transaction fees.

Once the parcel is shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
Please carefully confirm the product details before ordering, as we do not accept returns or refunds unless there is a product quality issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at support@oryhntech.com. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send the item. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused and in its original packaging.

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Restocking Fees
If you choose to return an item, a restocking fee of $35 to $50 may be deducted from your refund if the return is not due to an error on our part. Returns made more than 15 days after delivery will incur a restocking fee.
You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds or Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you wish to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at support@oryhntech.com.
